"I have been insured with Alan's office for over 45 years since his father ran the biz and have always appreciated their advice and assistance with insurance. I recently encountered a problem with State Farm using their corporate algorithm that I believe overestimated my projected vehicle mileage usage even though there was essentially a reduction in the vehicle's users and hence frequency of usage. Alan and his team did pursue my complaint with a corporate adjuster and reached a compromise in which corporate will re-evaluate the estimated mileage usage at a near date, which is a fair compromise. I appreciate their efforts in going to bat on my behalf and explaining the situation to me."
